Founder & CEO
I've always felt a deep connection to the world around me — to nature, to animals, to the incredible beauty of this planet. But through the years, across many experiences and moments of reflection, I saw more clearly how much human activity is driving destruction, harm, and imbalance. And how urgently we need to change course. As an entrepreneur, I spent over 20 years building my own company in the consumer goods space — shaping products, growing ideas into reality, and learning just how much influence lies in the choices we make. Raising my three children along the way only deepened my sense of responsibility for the future we are leaving behind. In 2019, I made the decision to go deeper — to expand my knowledge in sustainability and explore how I could be part of the solution. The more I learned, the more certain I became: we can build better. And we must. I care deeply — about the future of this planet, about animals (especially my dog and my lifelong love of horses), and about helping shape a world that's not only livable, but truly thriving for the next generation.

I'm Charlie,14 years young, Lakeland Terrier, adventure specialist, and the original Jungle Dog. I've spent my life sniffing out the best paths, the hidden corners, and the snacks (always the snacks). I'm here to keep the team on track — reminding everyone to stay curious, trust their instincts, and take proper breaks (preferably with treats). And yes, I'm the only one who gets away with barking in meetings. The Jungle Dog spirit? That's me. It all started right here.

I'm happiest outside — surfing, fishing, hiking, or just being anywhere near the water. The outdoors has always been my place. But the more time I spend out there, the more I notice what doesn't belong — plastic waste in the most beautiful, remote spots, fewer insects along the rivers I know so well. It's hard to look away from these changes. I'm into things that last. I like fixing stuff instead of throwing it away. In the end, what I want is pretty simple: a future where the wild places stay wild — and where we take better care of what we have, choosing quality over quantity.

Born and raised in Lausanne, a city where the lake, mountains, and changing seasons are part of everyday life, I've always been aware of how beautiful and diverse nature could look like. As I got older, I started noticing the shifts — less snow in winter, warmer temperatures, more concrete and less parks— and began connecting what was happening around me to bigger environmental changes. After studying psychology and social sciences, I became increasingly aware of how environmental issues affect people in very different ways. That's what led me to study sustainability, and to join The Jungle Dog. My goal here is twofold: to make the user journey as enjoyable and intuitive as possible, so people can easily find what they're looking for; and to help showcase what brands are doing in the clearest, most compelling way — so their innovations and values can truly be seen and understood.

Hi, I'm Giorgina. I'm still unsure about having my face on the Internet so here's a photo of me sitting on a tree (I'm the red dot in the middle) which brings me to what I love: nature! Plants and animals bring me so much happiness. I love to just sit and watch the birds or listen to a podcast on marine biology. I have a tiny balcony garden that I tend to , often finding myself replanting weeds instead of ripping them out because I don't like the idea of a flower that just chose to grow in the "wrong" spot not getting to live. I really want nature to be happy and healthy and it genuinely crushes my heart whenever I'm reminded of what is currently happening to planet earth.

If you can't reach me, I'm probably underwater. I've always felt most at home beneath the surface — as a longtime scuba diver and participant in several ocean clean-up dives, I've seen firsthand just how fragile, and yet incredibly resilient, marine life can be. Those moments shaped the way I see the world: our planet is under pressure, and it's up to us to take action — to protect what's left and rebuild what we've lost. At The Jungle Dog, I focus on turning the team's ideas into code — so you can explore, compare, and connect with the brands that matter to you. Whether it's learning the story behind your favourite products or finding more sustainable alternatives.
