Bio-Siegel is a German organic food label that certifies agricultural products produced according to the requirements outlined in the EU Regulation on Organic Farming. At least 95% of the agricultural ingredients contained in processed products must come from organic production.The label is permitted to be used by all agricultural products that meet the requirements. The Bio-Siegel label is registered in the Bio-Siegel database for labeling with the German Bio-Siegel. The database currently has 103,988 products from 6,866 companies registered.
