Sustainable Development Goal 1, "No Poverty," seeks to end poverty in all its forms and dimensions. It envisions a world where everyone has access to basic services, social protection, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, irrespective of their economic status. The goal encompasses efforts to reduce the percentage of people living below both the international and national poverty lines. It also focuses on expanding access to essential services, such as education, healthcare, and clean water, for those living in poverty-stricken regions. By addressing income inequality and allocating resources for poverty reduction programs, SDG 1 aims to promote shared prosperity and reduce poverty-induced vulnerabilities. This goal comprises four targets and ten indicators, allowing for comprehensive tracking of progress. Its targets include ensuring that all people, especially the poor and vulnerable, have equal rights to resources and basic services. SDG 1 strives to achieve social inclusion, economic growth, and sustainable livelihoods for individuals and communities affected by poverty.
